The defined entry point
AI Readiness Audit
In two to three weeks, you know exactly where AI creates the most value in your operations, and what implementation looks like. Then you decide.

What you hold in your hands at the end
Prioritized roadmap
Every examined process, assessed by effort, impact and feasibility. You see what is worth doing, what is not, and in which order implementation makes sense.
Economics per process
For every prioritized process: hours saved, implementation cost, expected payback. Numbers you can base a decision on, not guesses into the blue.
Fixed-fee proposal in three options
A concrete implementation proposal in three scope levels with fixed fees. You choose the scope that fits your firm, or implement internally using the report.
Why a defined entry point instead of a blind quote?
Without analysis, every implementation quote is a bet. Which systems fit a process, how demanding the integration will be and where data protection draws the line can only be answered credibly after a structured look into the processes.
That is why every engagement starts with the audit: a defined result at a fixed fee that stands on its own, independent of any further collaboration. You are buying clarity, not a promise.
How does the audit work?
Process mapping
Interviews with you and the process owners, review of the system landscape and the relevant data flows. Your effort: a handful of well-prepared sessions.
Week 1Analysis & assessment
We assess every process for automation potential, technical feasibility and GDPR requirements, and quantify effort and impact.
Week 2Result & decision
You receive the report, roadmap and fixed-fee proposal, and we walk through everything together. Then you decide: implement with Vectis, internally, or not at all.

Book a Discovery CallWho is the audit for?
The AI Readiness Audit is built for a specific kind of company:
- Family offices, M&A boutiques, private equity firms and other owner-led companies
- Tangible manual workload in reporting, monitoring or document processes
- Short decision paths: management or owners sit at the table
- High confidentiality and data protection requirements
If that does not describe you, we will tell you openly in the discovery call.
Common questions about the audit
How much of my team's time does the audit take?
A few hours, spread over two to three weeks: one kickoff, two to four process interviews of 45 to 60 minutes each, and the final presentation. Vectis does the actual analysis work.
How do you handle confidential data?
We sign a non-disclosure agreement before we start. For the analysis, process descriptions and sample documents are usually sufficient; no client or portfolio data is needed. Where data is required, it is processed GDPR-compliantly and exclusively within the EU.
What happens after the audit?
You decide based on the report, roadmap and proposal. Three paths are possible: implementation with Vectis, internal implementation using the report, or no implementation. The report is yours regardless of your decision.
What does our company need to have in place?
Nothing technical. You need neither a data platform nor prior AI experience. Two things matter: access to the process owners for the interviews, and management's readiness to make a decision after the audit.
The first step is a conversation.
