About Vectis
Vectis Software is an AI and automation consultancy based in Trier, Germany. We build systems for family offices, M&A boutiques, private equity firms and other owner-led companies for whom confidentiality and precision are non-negotiable.
I have worked in strategy consulting at Roland Berger, in risk management at KPMG, in product strategy at BMW and in M&A at Loy & Co Corporate Finance. At Vectis, I combine that experience with deep, hands-on AI expertise: I analyze, build and operate the systems myself.

Vectis does not bill by the hour. The AI Readiness Audit has a fixed fee, which we name in the discovery call. For implementation you receive three proposal options with fixed fees, priced against the value of the automation identified. Before every stage, you know exactly what it costs.
Is AI automation possible in a GDPR-compliant way?
Yes. Architecture and vendor choice are decisive: processing within the EU, data processing agreements with every provider, data minimization and clear deletion policies. Vectis designs every system GDPR-native from the start and documents all data flows transparently.
